It is necessary the good operation of the drivers and the hardware of the USB device for Lenticular Suite to work properly. In this article we give you some indications to check that the USB device works as it should.
First of all, visit this link. If the installation of the USB device drivers has been completed successfully, the Sentinel Administrative Control Center (“ACC”) will appear:
If you do not see a screen like the one above, it is likely that the USB device drivers have not been installed or have been installed incorrectly. In these cases, please review the driver installation process:
If you are sure that the drivers have been successfully installed but the ACC still does not appear, it could be that your firewall is blocking access to port 1947 of your computer. Make sure that your firewall is not blocking this port or ask your system administrator.
When the ACC screen appears correctly, connect the USB device to your computer. On the left of the ACC screen you will see the “Options” menu. If you click “About” you will see a screen like the one below:
Here you can check that the version of the runtime environment corresponds to the version of the installer you ran to install the drivers. At the time of writing this article, it is version 7.80.
Return to the previous screen and click Sentinel Keys. You should see a screen like this:
This screen shows a list of all USB devices connected to your computer. Imagiam devices show the value 79977 in the Vendor column. The Version column shows the firmware version of the key, which should be higher than 3.25. If no row with these characteristics appears please contact Imagiam for technical support.
